The shareholders of Oatly Group AB (publ), reg. no. 559081-1989, are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) to be held on Thursday, 16 June 2022, at 13.00 CEST at High Court, Malmöhusvägen 1, Malmö, Sweden.
Shareholders may give notice of participation at the AGM by sending a notification by the link attached below, by telephone (+46 8 402 91 33 during business days between 09:00-16:00 CEST) or by mail (to “Oatly Group AB, “Annual General Meeting”, c/o Euroclear Sweden AB, Box 191, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden”) no later than 10 June 2022.
Those who wish to exercise their voting rights at the AGM must be recorded in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB on 8 June 2022.

The Board of Directors has resolved, in accordance with the provisions of Oatly’s Articles of Association, that shareholders may also exercise their voting rights in advance by so-called postal voting. More information regarding postal voting is set out in the notice.

Aktieägarna i Oatly Group AB (publ), org. nr 559081-1989, inbjuds till att delta i årsstämman (”Årsstämma”) som hålls på High Court, Malmöhusvägen 1, Malmö, Sverige torsdagen den 16 juni 2022 kl 13.00 CEST.
Aktieägare kan anmäla sitt deltagande vid årsstämman genom länken nedan, via telefon (+46 8 402 91 33 under vardagar kl. 09.00-16.00 CEST) eller genom brev (till “Oatly Group AB, “Annual General Meeting”, c/o Euroclear Sweden AB, Box 191, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden”) senast den 10 juni 2022.
Den som önskar utöva sin rösträtt vid stämman ska vara införd i den av Euroclear Sweden AB förda aktieboken per den 8 juni 2022.
